Bulgarian company is looking for investors or partners for joint implementation a project for self-sufficient, power supply optimized eco-buildings

A Bulgarian company operating in the energy efficiency sector has developed projects for high energy efficiency buildings combining advanced solutions in materials, management and sustainability. The technology implemented guarantees decreased power and heat consumption, improved waste management and water rational use.The company is looking for financial resources or joint implementation of the project either through direct investments or via co-application for financing under grant schemes.
The project features construction and management of new generation energy efficient buildings. Such buildings may either be administrative or residential. Buildings constructed and managed under the specific technology will feature energy and economic efficiency, optimized used of energy sources and water, improved waste management, facilitated maintenance, functionality and aesthetics. High efficiency indications will be achieved trough implementing new materials in construction, insulation, and noise and CO2 emissions reduction. The integrated software solution will allow constant monitoring of temperature, heat loss and water consumption. The company is able and willing to participate in joint implementation of the projects and in the construction of the buildings, as well as to be responsible for the facility management.
